KS Project Logistics B.V. is domiciled in Moerdijk and registered at the Chamber of Commerce under no. 20143052.

Depending on the type of services and activities performed, the following general conditions, latest versions, are exclusively applicable to our activities and services:

• Forwarding activities: the Dutch Forwarding Conditions 2018 (General Conditions of the Fenex) including the arbitration clause: NEDERLANDSE-EXPEDITIEVOORWAARDEN-ENG. Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden - Fenex
• Logistic services: The logistics service conditions known as “LSV 2014” from Fenex. Logistieke Services Voorwaarden - Fenex
• Warehousing and storage: Nederlandse opslagvoorwaarden by Fenex 1995. Opslagvoorwaarden - Fenex

At request they will be sent to you free of charge. The applicability of any terms and conditions of the other party is explicitly rejected. Any dispute will be submitted to the Court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
